Shipping policy

 

SHIPPING:

We only ship in the US.

Once your order is shipped out, it can take between 3-5 business days for your order to arrive.

All Standard Domestic Shipments are mailed through USPS. Once an item is shipped, we are no longer responsible for the package. We do not refund packages lost in transit. We are unable to refund or replace stolen packages or any un-retrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered. 

Please note: Orders will ship Monday-Friday. Weekends and Holidays are excluded. Estimated delivery date may be delayed if a change of delivery option was submitted on the customer’s end. 

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and secure: We are not responsible for any items not received due to an incorrect or an incomplete shipping address. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be reissued if and when they are received back and will incur a re-shipping fee.

Lost Packages : If your package gets lost in transit, Tori Bradburry the Brand will do everything we can to assist you, however, we are not responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.
